Total Quality Control(TQC)
We have accomplished TQC by extensive education of the workers, giving them the analysis tools they need to find and expose a problem. TQC means that all departments of the company must participate in quality control. Quality is the responsibility of worker at every level in every department, all of whom have studied quality control. The workers are encouraged to correct their own errors, and 100% inspection is the rule of the company. Passing on the defective products to the next process is not allowed.

Quality Assurance Lab
Quality assurance lab is a state-of-the-art facility with the latest inspection equipment. Two(2) coordinate measuring machines (CMMs) are available for inspection of machined parts. Prior to measurement, all parts are stabilized in lab, which is environmentally controlled. Stage inspection is performed on parts during machining operations or required as specified by that part’s quality plan. Our advanced inspection capabilities give the opportunity to contract inspection as a service to you in addition to CNC machining.
